BYU Pow Wow Fall

I did another Pow Wow at BYU on October 15, 2011.  I'm doing the Merit Badges Weather, Law, and Communications.  I have done 2 Pow Wows this year and so far they're fun.  I like doing Pow Wows they are fun!  If you want to do the Pow Wow click this link! http://www.meritbadge.org

Boy Scouts

I started scouts when I was 11.  I think boy scouts is good for every boy to join.  I found lots of great things about scouts.  Here are some examples:

• I like earning merit badges and learning new things.
• Learning new things is fun even is it’s hard.
• We get to go camping once a month.
• We have a scout meeting every week where we talk about the things we are going to do and also we work on merit badges and rank requirements.
• All of my friends are in scouts.
• We get to learn how to tie knots, how to swim, how to canoe and what to do if it tips over, first aid, and we even get to learn how to use computers.
• You also learn about the gospel and about the church.

You should join boy scouts because you learn the things boys need to learn before they become men.  It’s easy to join and it’s worth it.

4 new merit bages

I just got 2 new merit badges at a powwow on Saterday morning. It was very fun. I got Fire saftey, and environmental science. I will be getting more on Tuesday. I also got dog care, and citizenship in the world. When i wrote this post i was using my dads ipad and his new keyboard that was fun to do it.

Another Funny Story

Once upon a time there was a talking cat and his name was Oreo. Oreo loved cat food; he begged for it. When we ran out we went to the store. When we were at the store, I saw some new cat food, so I bought it. When I got home I fed Oreo the new cat food and he started talking. I was shocked! The cat talked, really talked. I wondered if it was the cat food? After about 1 week I got used to it. One day the store ran out of the food, and Oreo started getting mad at me. So I bought the normal food, and Oreo was a bit happy. Two weeks later, Oreo was not mad any more, but he still talked!

Family Home Evening at Old Folks Home

On Monday night I went to the old folks home for family home evening. We came early and I helped an old lady get back to her room by pushing her back. I had to say the opening prayer and it was scary because I said it in front of about 20 people. What we talked about was general conference and the talks. After the family home evening I hugged 1 old lady.

Silly Story

Today I am going to tell a silly story. Once upon a time there was a toy army man and he had thousands like him and they all did what the boss said to do. That one little toy army man didn't do what the boss told him to do, he just read a book, sat under a tree, and did what ever he wanted to do. One day while he was reading a book the boss said "Time to go to war!" the little army man thought I don't know what to do, he hadn't learned anything about war or what to do in war. The little army men were heading to the battle field   , now he had a big big problem. When they got there the other team was on the other side of the battle field  and then they started running at the good team and the little army man got his head blowed off. That was the end of the little army man.            THE END

Lego Universe

I just got the new game called Lego Universe. Its pretty neat because you get to have a lot of pets, fight bad guys, and make your own land. My favorite part is to go on new lands and discover a lot of new things and find lots of animals that can be my pets. You can buy it online at www.lego.com for $10.00 and you can't get it in stores - only online. I play it almost every day and wish that my sister could play with me.

hair cuts

Today I have to get a hair cut.  It seems just like I got a hair cut yesterday!  I don't like to get hair cuts at all.                 My mom cuts my hair, but she almost cuts my ears off every time, or at least it seems like she will.  I also end up with little pieces of hair all over my body, and they itch me all day long.  I don't like getting hair cuts, but at least it's better than looking like a hairy monkey!!!

BYU Merit Badge Pow Wow 2011

I just finished two weekends at the merit badge pow wow. My dad signed me up, and no one from my troop came with me. Hundred of boys came but I didn't know any one. The counselors signed my blue cards which lets me get the badges. I got safety and crime prevention. I almost got citizenship in the community. I went to three buildings at BYU. On both Saturdays I had to go at 9:00am-12:30pm and had three classes. I really liked going and getting the merit badges.
