I started scouts when I was 11. I think boy scouts is good for every boy to join. I found lots of great things about scouts. Here are some examples:
- I like earning merit badges and learning new things.
- Learning new things is fun even is it’s hard.
- We get to go camping once a month.
- We have a scout meeting every week where we talk about the things we are going to do and also we work on merit badges and rank requirements.
- All of my friends are in scouts.
- We get to learn how to tie knots, how to swim, how to canoe and what to do if it tips over, first aid, and we even get to learn how to use computers.
- You also learn about the gospel and about the church.
You should join boy scouts because you learn the things boys need to learn before they become men. It’s easy to join and it’s worth it.
